Education System in Singapore

The education system in Singapore follows a four-tier model consisting of primary schools, secondary schools, pre-tertiary education at junior colleges or polytechnics, and university-level tertiary education. The first six years of education are completed at the primary level, followed by four years at the secondary level. If a student is unable to clear primary school and has reached the age of 14, they may leave and attend a 2-year course offered by the Adult Education Board. Those who wish to pursue university education must first complete an additional 2-year A-level course in secondary school, which is part of the integrated program.
